Tiny Agent — March 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tiny Agent, including the web dashboard and the optional Chrome extension (“Extension”). Tiny Agent is an AI assistant for the web. By accessing or using Tiny Agent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. Dashboard access may require an account secured through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
The Extension connects to a Tiny Agent backend you configure (default public app URL tinyagent.sh). You are responsible for keeping your extension API key confidential. You may not use Tiny Agent to violate laws, third-party terms (including sites you visit or AI providers you select), or others' rights. You understand that AI output can be incorrect or inappropriate and you should not rely on it as sole advice for high-stakes decisions.
You will not misuse Tiny Agent, including by attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload the service; scrape or resell access in violation of our or others' terms; or submit illegal content or content you have no right to use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service or other users.
Tiny Agent may be distributed in source form. Use of source code is also subject to the applicable open-source license files in the repository. These Terms apply to use of the hosted service and Extension as offered by the operator of your deployment.
Tiny Agent is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. AI-generated content may be wrong or harmful; you use outputs at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Tiny Agent. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for Tiny Agent in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may modify these Terms or the product. We will post updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date where reasonable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where stricter notice is required by law.
